You may ask for a refund within 14 days. Refunds will be credited to the customer as soon as possible by the same means of the customers payment. We will only refund delivery costs if the return is a result of supplying the incorrect product or the item is faulty.
You also have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of recieving your goods or upon recieving a recipt of your order via email from Bryn Derw Clothing.
You have the right to cancel after 7 days even if the item has no defects or you ordered the wrong item(s), however we require you to take reasonable care of the goods in your possession pending their return to us (Bryn Derw Clothing/Bryn Derw Country Sports) and we will only refund you in these circumstances providing the packaging and product(s) do not exhibit signs of wear and tear, and are suitable for re-sale.
We will only cover the delivery costs if the item is faulty or we have sent out the wrong item.
